Sharon T. Hill
Vice President and Managing Officer from 2010-2019
Sharon T. Hill began her career at Minneapolis Federal Reserve in 2000 as an operations supervisor in TreasuryDirect. From 2003 to 2010, she served as manager of the Treasury Retail Securities Contact Centers. She also has held various System leadership positions including the role of Business Process Reengineering lead of the Treasury Retail E-Services project. Sharon joined the Research Division in 2010 as Assistant Vice President with responsibility for the administrative and library operations, budgeting, and certain visitor programs. In 2014 she was promoted to Vice President and currently serves as the Managing Officer in Research. In addition, Sharon is a Deputy Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer to the Bank. Sharon was the 2013 recipient of the Susan K. Rossbach Mentoring Award, recognizing her commitment to supporting and encouraging the professional and personal development of others. In 2019, she became the Chief Financial Officer for the Bank.
